Kornkieat Chunhakasikarn is an award-winning litigator with extensive experience handling complex civil and criminal disputes. With more than 30 years of litigation experience, he has represented a diverse clientele, including high-profile individuals and corporations in industries such as construction, aviation, software, and manufacturing. His strategic approach to litigation and high-stakes negotiations has established him as one of Thailand’s leading internationally recognized litigators. In recognition of his expertise, he was named a “Dispute Resolution Star” in the Commercial and Transactions category by Benchmark Litigation in 2019.
 

Roll Chunhakasikarn is internationally recognized as one of Thailand’s leading family lawyers, known for combining deep legal expertise with a compassionate approach to sensitive family matters. With more than 30 years of experience, Roll has successfully handled numerous complex family law disputes, including international divorce and child custody matters.        Roll is particularly recognized for specializing in international child abduction (Hague Convention) cases and successfully obtaining the first return order issued by the Thai Family Court. In addition, Roll has extensive experience in employment litigation, including unfair termination and non-competition disputes, and continues to advise leading financial institutions and prominent corporations on a broad range of employment law matters. Roll also serves as a visiting lecturer in Thai Employment Law and Family Law at Chulalongkorn University.
